Data collection and reporting evaluation findings are integral parts of any program evaluation.  This webinar will introduce participants to methods for gathering and using data, and for making reports user friendly.  After a brief summary of what program evaluation is, its purposes, and steps for evaluation planning, participants learn techniques for collecting data, using quanitative and qualitative analyses to get the most from the data, and designing reports more likely to be noticed and spur program improvement, rather than to sit on a shelf and collect dust.
