Health Insurance Exchange Survey, Please Respond

As a NM Small Employer or nonprofit organization, you are invited to respond to the NM Small Employer Health Insurance Exchange survey, which provides the State of New Mexico with information on how small  employers understand the new health care insurance reforms passed by Congress in 2010.  Please follow this link, https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/JQZR837 to respond via web.  Responses are confidential and only cumulative data will be reported.

This survey is conducted by Policy Connections, LLC (www.policyconnections.org) through a federal planning grant to the NM Human Services Department.  Please take about 15 minutes to answer the questionnaire. Your input is valued and will help policy makers as they deliberate how to best structure a NM Health Insurance Exchange to benefit small employers, nonprofit organizations and their employees.

This survey will be posted until June 17, 2022 for your response.  We appreciate your response and time.

Please feel free to share this survey link with other small employer owners and nonprofits you may know within the State of New Mexico.

For more information on the federal planning grant you may contact Priscilla Caverly, Contract Manager, NM Human Resources Department, Priscilla.Caverly@state.nm.us

Should you wish to receive periodic information about employers and health care reform you may provide your email within the survey or reply to this email.  Also see web sites, www.Policyconnections.org or www.smallbusinessmajority.org or call 505-930-0563.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond.
