About Us
The Center for Nonprofit Excellence, a program of United Way of Central New Mexico, is funded through United Way's Corporate Cornerstones program and the generous support of United Way's Community Fund donors. CNPE also receives sponsorship support from the Albuquerque Community Foundation and other funders. We offer training and networking opportunities to build the capacity of nonprofits in central New Mexico.
The Center was started in October 2005.
Partnerships and collaborations with the business and nonprofit communities enable us to provide a comprehensive array of services in the following areas:
Services are available to all nonprofits throughout the state of New Mexico, but focused in the central New Mexico region with an emphasis on the counties of Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance and Valencia.
