Making Financial Reports Interesting & Informative

Are you responsible for presenting financial reports to your board?  How can you avoid their eyes glazing over when you discuss change in net assets or budget to actuals?  Timely, accurate reports are critical to the functioning of your organization but only if they are understood and used.
