Creating & Sustaining Collaborations, IV of IV

This is the fourth and final session in the training series.  To register, please go to Creating & Sustaining Collaborations.

Today's environment calls for organizations to fully leverage their capacity.  Collaboration is more important than ever as a means to better serve clients with complex needs and more efficiently utilize resources.  Whether you are involved in a statewide effort, a cross-sector collaboration or want your work team to be more cohesive and productive, this four-part training will offer you a common framework.  In this series, you will develop a clear road map to effectively implement collaborative practices.

This training series will provide you with the tools to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships that generate exceptional outcomes.  You will acquire practical understanding of the human dynamics that support and also undermine collaboration.  You will see and understand the way to come together, stay together and work together to reach important goals that realize a shared vision.
