Taking Stock of Your Organization's Future

High functioning nonprofits are in alignment through every aspect of the organization.  This workshop will explore how the diverse elements of your organization fit together and reflect on what it takes to be, or become, a great nonprofit organization.  Most importantly, you will develop a plan on how to more thoroughly, and candidly, review your organization’s current performance and take steps to move in a more productive direction.  Bring a team to get the maximum benefit from this training.

If you are working in collaboration with other organizations, or plan to, knowing your organizational strengths will provide a starting point for conversation.

This training is designed specifically for a two person team comprised of a nonprofit Board President/Chairperson and the Executive Director/CEO. 

Presenter
John Ross has served in a wide range of nonprofit management and leadership positions since 1976.  His area of expertise has been starting up new organizations or programs, and, reorganizing organizations or programs.  Additionally, John has served as a management and organizational structure consultant for over 70 for and nonprofit organizations since 1984.  His primary consulting practice is focused on providing Organization Audits and Reorganization Planning & Implementation.
