Joan has 34 years' experience in marketing and has taught at at Central New Mexico’s Small Business Development Center and the University of New Mexico’s Continuing Education Division. Joan has also led personal effectiveness seminars for Landmark Education for 20 years and trained more than 10,000 people. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado.
