Mediation is an effective, cost efficient and powerful tool for resolving conflicts, understanding differences and enhancing communication and trust in the workplace. In our highly interactive program, you learn techniques which open communication between parties in conflict which allow them to discover and commit to lasting resolution. Our program benefits professionals in supervisory or managerial roles, Human Resources professionals, executives, and sales professionals from a variety of industries.
