WEEK THREE: OCTOBER 28 - Negotiating the “Win-Win”
Gain insight and tools to recognize your existing skills and seize the opportunities to create ‘win-win’ outcomes.
WEEK FOUR: NOVEMBER 4 - Building Your Brand
Learn the methods to build a word-of-mouth network through marketing, personally and corporately, and how you can let customers see your brand in person.
WEEK FIVE: NOVEMBER 11 - Do You Play and Work Well with Others?
Find out how effective team building involves a shared vision, promotes mutual respect and instills trust.
WEEK SIX: NOVEMBER 18 - Change or Die
Learn how to adapt to client needs, streamline staff, hone time management skills and use strategic planning
and goal setting to move your company forward.
