Main Areas of Responsibility:
15 hour/week Account Manager for Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with EAP company clients. The goals are to promote use and awareness of EAP services, assist companies to integrate EAP services into daily operations and assist in expansion of EAP business and promote other agency services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Regular relationship maintenance with EAP company clients
• Conducting EAP benefit orientation sessions
• Conducting wellness workshops
• Monthly electronic distribution of informational material to clients
• Marketing of EAP services as well as other agency services provided by Outcomes Inc.
• New business development
