Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Administrative Assistant will work on general administrative tasks, including correspondence via letters and emails; maintain calendars and set up meetings; provide support for meetings, conference calls, and webinars conducted for internal staff and external groups, which may occur outside standard business hours; process financials through a software approval system; assist with back-up receptionist duties; and document organizational processes and work instructions.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate has a natural desire to be proactive, build rapport and use diplomacy and tact. Strong Microsoft Office skills are needed. If you have strong analytical and organizational skills and you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, ASRT is the place for you!
