Main Areas of Responsibility:
The University of New Mexico Foundation is searching for someone who is detail oriented and very organized. Must have strong computer skills, can multi-task, can interact with many different people at the same time, and can do it with professionalism.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, must exhibit critical thought processing skills, database management experience, appointment scheduling experience, and special event logistics experience. Since this position will be working with three departments, the right candidate must also have excellent time management skills.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED; Baccalaureate degree preferred; three (3) or more years experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities is required.
