Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Administrative Specialist performs a wide variety of administrative, clerical, and other duties in support of the UNM Foundation President and the UNM Foundation’s Associate Vice President for Executive Programs (who is the primary liaison to the UNM Foundation Board of Trustees); also serves as receptionist and provides further administrative support as needed to the UNM Foundation’s Executive Office.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provides a broad level of confidential and high-level administrative and clerical support to the President and the AVP for Executive Programs, to include arranging and managing their schedules/calendars, travel, and expense reports; organizing meetings and preparing agendas and supporting documents; and preparing letters, emails, and other written communications.
High school diploma or GED: baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university preferred; and Five (5) or more years directly related experience.
