Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for data entry/maintenance of records in Raiser’s Edge (RE) database in the Advancement Division. Enters all gift records and acknowledges donations, memberships, field trips, and other event registrations. Also performs ad hoc analysis/reporting in RE and data cleanup to improve database accuracy. Position is full time, non-exempt.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to work within established routines, support advancement team, and has advanced skills with MS Office and ability to learn database software to run queries and generate reports.
BA or BS degree or proven equivalent in experience in a development and/or administrative setting. Fluency in Raiser’s Edge software and database work, high level of attention to detail. Microsoft Office knowledge required.
