Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Quivira Coalition seeks a business manager to assist with bookkeeping, payroll, financial and personnel duties, tax reporting with the goal of maintaining a professional business documentation program that cohesively integrates Quivira’s diverse activities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Has knowledge of: QuickBooks, including payroll processing; database, spreadsheet, and word processing software programs; nonprofit accounting practices; database management; compliance with federal, state and local regulations governing a small nonprofit organization; budgeting and invoicing for government grants; insurance procedures; inventory procedures; and experience with the Internet.
