Secondary Responsibilities: Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies; support with book order management, including inventory, sales, fulfillment, billing, payment collection, etc.: support with the organization’s online clearinghouse subscription; support with booking and managing travel; and support the organization’s annual conference & institutes.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in business accounting, administration, or minimum 5 years of work experience in an
administrative/office management role. NMPED School Business Official license would also demonstrate related knowledge and experience.
