Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee the development, facilitation, and evaluation of STEAM-focused public programs on-site at Explora and off-site partner organizations; manage program logistics, including registration, scheduling, evaluation, reporting, and budget; and track and report on program results in order to meet objectives and outcomes described in strategic plan and annual goals.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Analyze camp offerings, structures, and P & L data; deliver a report with recommendations for Explora’s Seasonal Camp Program that align with Explora’s strategic plan; assist with recruiting and hiring seasonal program facilitators; assist with the development and implementation of training and coaching of camp facilitators; and oversee and support seasonal camp staff.
A Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate work experience performing similar duties; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted, as long as it directly relates to essential duties and responsibilities; and well-developed organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
