Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Roadrunner Food Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced CHRO. If you want to work with staff and volunteers who are passionate about the work they do and where you can make a significant impact towards ending hunger in our state, Roadrunner Food Bank is that organization.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

As a member of the senior leadership team, the CHRO ensures that the organization’s human resources are trained and ready to meet the needs of hungry New Mexicans. Human Resources includes not only employees, but also interns, AmeriCorps Members, and volunteers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; minimum of five years of directly related experience; three years supervisory experience; PHR and/or SHRM-CP designation or higher; must be able to travel to locations throughout the state; master’s degree in Human Resources related field or MBA; Human Resources experience in a non-profit environment; and SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP.
