Main Areas of Responsibility:
M-F, 8 hours/day, $17/per hour; this position reports directly to the Program Director; and the Client Services Coordinator contributes to the fulfillment of Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque (MOWABQ) mission by ensuring that all clients receive products and services along with exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Facilitate client participation by conducting intake interviews, process intake forms, and sign-up payments; enters and maintains client information in data system; prepares daily reports; prepares and mails all client correspondence; makes follow-up phone calls for missed meals; manages the Low-Income Food Enrichment (LIFE) Program; may require deriving meals to clients using own vehicle; and other assigned duties.
Minimum of three years’ experience managing people, processes, or programs; excellent organizational skills and efficient use of time; intermediate computer literacy; consistently provides excellent customer service; performs accurate and quality work; believes in our values of Compassion, Reliability, Service and Teamwork; has an interest in food insecurity and/or seniors; and must possess a valid driver’s license.
