Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under the general supervision of Executive Director, provides clinical oversight and consultation for managers, clinicians and staff. Supervises clinical team in their daily work and provides clinical supervision to clinicians and staff earning licensure and to placed interns. Manages an assigned caseload and engages in client interventions such as therapeutic individual group, couple, and family counseling.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Contributes to clinical appropriateness,training and clinical enhancement. Demonstrates leadership and a working understanding of the overall structure of agency. Collaborates with other professionals outside of the organization on the individualized needs of clients. Provides counseling and treatment team members with training and updated information about community resources.
