Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Plan, implement, oversee and evaluate all clinical care services provided by the agency
• Design, establish, and maintain a clinical organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives;
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate therapy staff including organizing and prioritizing work assignments
• Build effective working relationships with the school system where supervisees are working
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Establish and implement short and long-range organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitor and evaluate program effectiveness ; effect changes required for improvement
• Recommend and participate in the development of agency policies and procedures; may serve on agency planning and policy-making committees
Other Information/Requirements:
• Master’s degree with four or more years experience in a supervisory role directly related to the position
• State of New Mexico LPCC license or higher.
• Ability to obtain CYFD Criminal Reference Clearance
• Knowledge of clinical objectives, programs, methods, procedures, and standards within area of expertise
• Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
• Ability to assist in identifying and securing alternative funding/revenue sources
