Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, provide oversight of department operations and supervision of staff for the Counseling Services Program which provides professional counseling services to facilitate in the healing process of survivors of sexual violence including sexual assault, abuse, incest, and sex trafficking.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for all managerial, clinical supervision, therapy/direct service, and collaborative functions of the Counseling Services Program.

Other Information/Requirements: 

State of New Mexico Licensure as LPCC, LCSW, LISW, or LMFT and three years experience in clinical mental health services including providing clinical supervision and treating trauma.
