Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under general supervision, provides psychological assessment, diagnosis, individual, group, couples, and family therapy, case management services, referral, and follow-up for patients with acute, chronic, or moderate to severe mental disorders, or with psychological/behavioral factors affecting physical health. Provides consultation to clinical staff, other health professionals, and to outside facilities and/or agencies as needed to facilitate care for patients.
This position requires a Doctorate Degree in Psychology, and completion of Pre-doctoral Clinical Internship with at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; and state of NM Licensed Psychologist, or eligibility for NM licensure, as documented by out-of-state licensure. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.
