Main Areas of Responsibility:
Directly supervises all treatment staff including practicum students and interns; maintains and revises, as needed, program schedules and curriculum as well as staff schedules; ensures that clinical work follows best practices of the field and funding source requirements; and serves as a model of ethical, professional behavior to all other staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Actively represents the agency through attendance at applicable meetings in the community and shall either personally or through delegation participate in community outreach activities. Provides clinical skills training to staff through in-services.
The clinical supervisor must be an independently licensed clinician (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) for a minimum of three years with at least two years supervisory experience.
