Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide general and clinical supervision for therapists Casa Fortaleza. Provide professional individual and group therapy in Spanish for survivors of sexual violence, including sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, incest, street harassment, stalking and for others impacted by these issues.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide general and clinical supervision to therapists; report for grants; conduct assessments, treatment planning, case coordination, and group and/or individual therapy; respect and maintain a high standard of confidentiality for all clients; maintain accurate and current progress notes and other documentation about service provision; provide crisis intervention to clients as needed and facilitate emergency services as required.
Bilingual and Biliterate in Spanish/English and be able to provide therapy in Spanish. Master’s degree and New Mexico licensure in Social Work (LISW) or Counseling LPCC). Independent licensure necessary. Experience in grant writing. Experience in supervising staff. Experience working with survivors of sexual violence. Maintain licensing and continuing education according to professional standards.
