Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Community Land Trust Manager oversees Sawmill CLT’s operations and stewardship of leasehold and rental properties, is the primary representative in the community and the primary liaison between the Board, all individuals, governments, and businesses who have a relationship with Sawmill CLT. The CLT Manager is responsible for overseeing financial management, membership relations, home sales, stewardship of leasehold and rental properties, and general operations of the organization.
Knowledge and experience in nonprofit management, Affordable Housing Development, and Affordable Housing Home Sales required. Experience/knowledge of Community Land Trusts preferred.
