Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing workplace giving campaigns to expand awareness of the vital work of UWCNM and to increase donor participation and dollars raised to meet annual fundraising goals and year-round engagement. Supports the mission, values, goals, and impact agenda of UWCNM which strives to be “best in class.”

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Manages existing workplace accounts and cultivates new ones; builds productive relationships externally/internally; develops specific fundraising strategies for all accounts; delivers motivational presentations to employee groups and supports company fundraising events; promotes adoption of Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud; maintains electronic account data and ensures accurate, confidential and timely processing of donor information; and works with IT Team to utilize electronic reporting tools/data.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Also assists with recruiting volunteers and ensuring appropriate recognition; provides exceptional customer service and problem resolution in a timely manner; may manage a leadership donor group to achieve fundraising, engagement and special event plans; may serve as primary contact for an outlying county to oversee and execute workplace campaigns; and may develop training materials and write grant proposals.
