To provide support service to customers and donors calling our toll-free line, serving as ambassadors for the Ministry.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Answer Incoming Calls, handle a wide variety of calls by responding to needs. Explain all ministry programs and products and opportunities.
Three-years c/s experience. Superior people skills. Ability to handle stressful calls with grace. Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
