The NHCC Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic fundraiser who has a desire to co-create change in a team atmosphere. This person must show a passion to support our mission and co-create meaningful, personal experiences that transform the connection of Hispanic history, food, language, art, and traditions to people of all walks of life.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development and Membership Manager is responsible for working in partnership with the executive director for the development and fundraising of the NHCC Foundation’s membership program, event coordination, and annual campaigns by personally identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors and prospects in accordance with performance targets set forth by the NHCC Foundation.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Successful candidates who perform this function will have the opportunity to: Engage in meaningful conversations with high-level supporters and donors of the NHCC; identify opportunities for process improvement and program development; grow robust programs and events to engage the public with the work of the NHCC; and create long-term impact on educational programs that support arts and culture throughout our community, both locally and nationally
