Main Areas of Responsibility:
Position available for a full-time Digital Tech Support who will support customers with technical questions regarding our digital applications, including iOS, Android and web. This position will provide user feedback for solutions, as well as feature enhancements. This position requires great problem solving and customer service skills.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Supporting customers who use our Mobile Infrastructure and Applications (iOS, Android, Web, etc.)
Updating Support Page forum
Testing and troubleshooting our suite of mobile apps
Setting up new devices with our applications
Helping create screenshot and video tutorials
