Main Areas of Responsibility:
The purpose of this position is to support the executive director in the development of Enlace Comunitario’s strategic plans and policies, to direct and execute Enlace Comunitario’s development plan including contract and grant proposals.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
* In collaboration with program staff, take a leading role to write proposals to government, foundations and corporations for funding;
* In collaboration with program staff, write reports to foundations, government entities and corporate funders;
* Provide guidance, as requested by the Executive Director, for fundraising and donor management, grassroots fundraising, business development and partnership activities;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation and liaison skills in both English and Spanish. Bachelors degree required, two years’ senior management preferably working in a non-profit capacity preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted, as long as it directly relates to the essential duties and responsibilities. Bilingual preferred, but fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish required.
