Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Grants Development and Compliance will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise vital funds for the organization. Working in collaboration with the Executive Director, Enlace’s staff and project partners, the Director will search for new funding opportunities and will develop, write, monitor and evaluate grants. They will perform advance management and analysis work related to grants management, compliance and evaluation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Taking a key role in developing new proposals and re-applying for continuation grants; ensuring timely and accurate submission of such applications; submitting all required MOU’s and reports to funding agencies on a timely basis; reviewing data collection process to ensure contract compliance; assisting in preparation of budgets for new and recurrent grant applications; researching federal, state, local and private funding opportunities; and develops and tracks proposals for contracts and grants.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master Degree in Business or Public Administration preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related to the field; must have 7 years grant writing experience; required 3 years of supervisory experience; experience working with the Latinx immigrant community or victims of DV; experience planning budgets and essential acuity with basic financial knowledge; excellent research and computer skills; spanish language skills (preferred); and strong public speaking and presentation skills.
