Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for maintenance of donor records, produces reports, conducts analysis from records, performs routine communication with donors & prospects, manages all gift acknowledgements, assists with development & creation of collateral materials & other strategies for stewarding existing and securing new donors/members. Manages volunteer program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains contact with donors to answer questions about APNM and its programs, to clarify donor intent & encourage renewals. Works with other staff to coordinate membership benefits, ensures timely fulfillment of member/donor benefits. Assists with processing of mailers. Assists with planning, management of all special events.
College degree preferred, at least five years relevant experience in nonprofit communications & donor correspondence. Computer-literate, experienced using software in Mac environment (email, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Filemaker Pro). Self motivated, high attention to detail, high energy, flexibility, teamwork, initiative, deadline-oriented, strong organizational skills essential. Strong oral communication & phone etiquette required.
