Events Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This full-time, salaried entry-level position reports to the Business Development Director and is responsible for hands-on planning and logistic implementation of AISES National events; corporate research and data management activities, and assisting in the development of print and electronic promotional materials.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for meeting sales goals for national events. Moderate travel.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Two years’ event/meeting planning experience or equivalent administrative experience involving event and printed materials development. Excellent verbal/written communications, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. Ability to manage multifaceted projects, meet project deadlines and be attentive to detail. Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with web-based applications. Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Experience with Native American issues a plus.
