Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under supervision, performs a variety of administrative support activities. Scheduling calendar items and organizing meetings, typing documents, performing data entry, establishing and maintaining records including contracts and grants, and assisting with offsite errands and event planning. Assists with taking minutes of meetings. May be asked to serve as back-up for support staff on occasion.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

* Assists the Executive Director with calendar, paperwork, keeping minutes, filing, keeping track of contracts and grants report due dates and RFP due dates.
* Assist with the collection of data for reports.
* Data entry and organization and maintenance of confidential databases for the Executive Director.

Other Information/Requirements: 

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors preferred. Experience may substitute for education. Minimum of two-years work experience required, bilingual in Spanish and English, basic computer skills, current and valid driver’s license and vehicle are all required.
