Main Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic and business planning, leadership and management, funding and resource development, Board of Director relations, and community advocacy and relations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide leadership and strategic direction, establish goals and support staff in the achievement of these goals. Create and maintain relationships and nurture collaborations with various entities and represent AHCH's philosphy and values to national, federal, state and local communities and funding sources.
Bachelor's (Masters preferred) in management, human services, health care administration or related filed and 7- 10 years progressive executive leadership experience with 330A, HCH, or CHC organizations. Must have excellent leadership, resource development, organization development, financial/business management and written/oral communication and public speaking skills.
