Main Areas of Responsibility:
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Leadership - vision, strategic plan, teamwork, spokesperson, representation in the community
Fiscal Management - budget, fiscal projection, audits, grants/contracts
Resource Development - grant writing, fundraising
Property Management - operating properties in safe, fiscally effective, compliant manner
Program Management - Housing vouchers, apartment homes, supportive services
Personnel Management - managing employees, positive workplace environment
Bachelor’s Degree with preference for Master’s Degree in business, public administration or non-profit administration or related field.
10 years in leadership or executive position(s) in a non-profit environment, preferably in a housing area such as housing development, property management or supportive housing
