Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee overall operations including administrative, operational and risk management functions.
Serve as the public spokesperson.
Work closely with Board of Directors in developing and implementing long-term strategies, programs, and initiatives.
Assist with fund-raising initiatives to include individual giving, corporate sponsorships, and grants.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Budget and financial reporting, regulatory and legal issues.
Oversee program development.
Other Information/Requirements:
BBA degree in nonprofit administration, fund development, social work, business, or public relations, and 3+ yrs progressive leadership roles. MBA or advanced degree in related field (Audiology, Speech-language pathology, or Deaf Education.)
