Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for coordinating the management of all Explora facilities, including building maintenance and repair, ordering equipment and supplies, and communication (written and verbal) with Explora’s staff on a variety of building and grounds-related issues.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of the facility and grounds, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, custodial, landscape maintenance, and heating/cooling systems.
