Main Areas of Responsibility:
Family Service Coordinators conduct intake, schedule evaluations, develop service plans, assist families to access needed services, as well as coordinating services with physicians, health care providers, and school personnel.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Work as part of a team to help parents and caregivers to learn how to support their child’s health and development. Areas served include Placitas, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Ventana Ranch, and Paradise Hills.
Strong organizational skills, writing skills and communication skills are essential; experience working with young children and families preferred; BA/BS in Early Childhood Education, Education, Family Counseling, Social work or related field required; and bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred.
