Main Areas of Responsibility:
Delta Consulting Group is hiring a Financial Assistant to provide basic bookkeeping tasks for our nonprofit clients, including accounts receivable/payable, deposits, matching receipts to transactions, running reports, and other day-to-day tasks in QuickBooks Online.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position will also provide administrative support to nonprofit clients including database management, data entry, preparing and filing reports, assisting with client requests for information, research projects, etc.
Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and other basic technology, strong organization skills and attention to detail, interest in learning new applications and software, and ability to work collaboratively in service of our nonprofit clients. This position is currently 100% remote.
