Main Areas of Responsibility:
Models and promotes clinical standards and therapeutic strategies with treatment team members and component managers. Demonstrates knowledge, ability and competency in Family Systems Approach and a wide range of therapeutic intervention techniques with individuals, groups, couple, family and parent-child dyads.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Formulates and implements short term treatment goals when providing counseling services and makes appropriate referral for longer term treatment. Advises Program Directors when changes to current plan are recommended.
