Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will provide professional counseling to adults & children who are survivors or witnesses of violence, and clients of CAV. You will also provide professional services in both group and individual formats.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will provide primary counseling services to adults, children and adolescents who are survivors or witnesses of violence; provide primary client assessment and development of client treatment plan; and refer clients to outside agencies as necessary.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Licensure in New Mexico, with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree (LBSW, RMHC, RIMHC, LPC, LMSW) under staff supervision and training required by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Act or the New Mexico Board of Social Work Examiners Practice Act, with required staff supervision and training or licensure in New Mexico, and Master’s Degree Clinician (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT).
