Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead grant proposal development/submission to deliver effective, funded grant proposals. This includes proactive identification and research of grant opportunities, preparing and organizing materials for proposals, writing and editing proposals, submitting and tracking grant applications. Serve as the project manager for grant proposals that require internal cross-departmental or external cross-agency collaboration and coordination.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Physical Requirements: this is largely a sedentary role. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education and Experience: bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience; demonstrated success in both small and large grant writing; demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills; and familiarity with CDFIs, Homeownership, and/or Community Development, as well as experience with large (federal grant applications preferred).
