Main Areas of Responsibility:
Position available for a full-time Help Desk Support in IT Systems: provide maintenance of a computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT department; be responsible for administration and support of three office locations’ PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Resolve critical help desk tickets, including various software, OS, and hardware problems.
• Configure PCs and mobile devices to use the server. Train users on the usage and configuration
• Set up new workstations and install applications and security features.
• Test and deploy Audio/Visual solutions and conferencing technology
