Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity, a local 501(C)3, is looking for a FT Homeowner Services Manager. This exempt, salaried position requires excellent organizational, collaborative, and multi-tasking skills.
The Homeowner Services Manager will administer Habitat’s Family Selection and Support Program, along with Mortgage Origination, and Mortgage Servicing in accordance with Affiliate policies and procedures.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; and at least three (3) years of experience in Mortgage Origination and Loan processing, or equivalent experience. Mortgage Servicing experience a plus. QLO Certification will be required within 6-9 months of hire (and will be paid by company). Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in other Mortgage Origination and Servicing Software (ie: Calyx, etc.) a plus.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a variety of individuals; must be compassionate and objective when dealing with home buyers; strong decision-making skills based on sound analysis; problem solving skills; and be willing to investigate alternative solutions to routine and unusual problems.

Will need to pass a federal background check in accordance to local and federal laws. $45-55,000 (+ $1K if Bilingual, Spanish/English) DOE; plus benefits. ADA/EOE.
