Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Coordinates with hiring managers at all phases of the recruiting process
• Maintains database of job descriptions (according to DOL standards)
• Proficient in employee file record-keeping and destruction (according to state and federal laws)
• Assists in development of the employee policy manual
• Communicates with employees regarding policies and procedures
• Supports payroll and benefits as a backup
