Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Evaluating & revising treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the client and the team and providing supportive therapy and symptom management. On-call required.
Other Information/Requirements:
Requires Master’s degree in human service related field, License in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling or Mental Health; 1+ yr experience with adults with severe persistent mental illnesses. Must have commitment to the ACT model and methods. Knowledge of the ACT model helpful.
