The right candidate for this position is bilingual in English and Spanish, has top-notch sales, customer relations and interpersonal skills, great follow-through, an inspiring attitude, strong quantitative skills, a pioneering spirit, high integrity, passion, accountability, a deep commitment to excellence and community development and is a superb problem-solver. A graduate degree and/or five years of professional experience are preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required.
