Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Marketing and Strategic Partnership Manager reports to, and supports, the Chief Marketing Officer in the development and execution of UWCNM's marketing strategies and the annual marketing plan. The position supports the activities and projects of the Marketing Department and coordinates the related marketing, advertising and cause marketing efforts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Works to maintain brand equity, marketing messages and themes; research new marketing opportunities, tools and resources; create and execute advertising campaigns and coordinate creative development; identify, secure and manage advertising and media buys; cultivate partners to build robust relationships that will benefit UWCNM and achieve brand exposure and related goals; and manage projects, marketing budget and Media United program.
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience, and excellent oral/written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, implementing last-minute changes as needed. Attention to detail, creative and analytical. Ability to work self-directed, under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and analyze data. Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, project, time management and analytical skills, with desire to exceed expectations.
